Due to current shipping courier, the shop is unfortunately not able to provide customers with a tracking number for their items.

Current shipping time is listed to be somewhere between 1-2 weeks, depending on the shipping destination.

Seller uses bubble-wrapped envelopes to ensure the items arrive safely. However, should the purchased items arrive in a damaged condition, then please contact the seller with your order number and pictures of the damaged goods attached, in order for the seller to provide an undamaged item instead.

Seller is not responsible for packages lost in the postal system.
